Important Dates

Stetson Discount Deadline: Friday, April 10; Payment authorization must accompany order to receive discount pricing, all orders submitted after this date will be charged at the standard rate.
Initial Graphic Submission Deadline: Friday, April 3; Graphics are due for review and editing.
Final Graphic Submission Deadline: Friday, April 10; Print Ready graphics due for any signage orders.
Warehouse Receiving: Monday, April 13 to Friday, April 24; M-F: 7:00am to 5:00pm PDT
Any materials received outside of these dates will incur a 25% surcharge.
Last Day to Arrive to Warehouse Before Transfer: Friday, May 8; If freight arrives after this date, a surcharge will be applied based on weight, dimension & piece count to transfer late to the show.
Island Booth Only Show Site Receiving: Tuesday, May 12 (1pm to 5pm PDT); Only island booth shipments may arrive during this time. Other exhibitors who have freight arrive this day will have surcharges or possible shipment refusal.
Show Site Receiving: Wednesday, May 13 (8am to 6pm PDT); All shipments must arrive during these times to avoid surcharges or possible shipment refusal.
Show Site Receiving: Thursday, May 14 (8am to 4pm PDT); All shipments must arrive during these times to avoid surcharges or possible shipment refusal.
Carrier Check-in Deadline: Saturday, May 16; 6:30pm PDT
To ensure all items are off the show floor by the end of exhibitor move-out, please have carriers check in by this time. All shipments left on the floor will be forced onto Stetson's onsite carrier at the exhibitors expense

Electrical: Community and Startup Row will be provided (1) 500 Watt Electrical Drop. These exhibitors may order additonal electrical drops through CTS Electrical.

**All other exhibitors must order electric if needed. This is not a provided service.**

The exhibit area is not carpeted. To enhance the appearance and comfort of your booth, rental carpet and furnishings are available through Stetson Convention Services. Shop in our Carpet section for great selections.

Discount Price Deadline Date

In order to receive advance order discount rates, we must receive your order and payment by Friday, April 10.
