Stetson Discount Deadline: Friday, May 16; Payment authorization must accompany order to receive discount pricing, all orders submitted after this date will be charged at the standard rate.
Initial Graphic Submission Deadline: Friday, May 9; Graphics are due for review and editing.
Final Graphic Submission Deadline: Friday, May 16; Print Ready graphics due for any signage orders.
Warehouse Receiving: Monday, May 12 -Friday, May 30; M-F: 9:00am to 4:00pm
Any materials received outside of these dates will incur a 25% surcharge.
Last Day to Arrive to Warehouse Before Transfer: Friday, June 5; If freight arrives after this date, a surcharge will be applied based on weight, dimension & piece count to transfer late to the show.
Show Site Receiving: No direct to show shipments. Handcarry only.
Carrier Check-in Deadline: Wednesday, June 11 at Stetson Warehouse; 4:00pm
Stetson will transfer all shipments to the Stetson Warehouse for pickup. All shipments left at the warehouse will be forced onto Stetson Logistics at the exhibitors' expense.

All shipments getting picked up by a carrier will be transfered to the Stetson Warehouse. Schedule your carriers to pickup on Wednesday, June 11 from 12:00pm to 4:00pm.: Tuesday; June 10; 9:00am to 12:00pm

The exhibit area is carpeted with standard print carpet.

In order to receive advance order discount rates, we must receive your order and payment by Friday, May 16.
