Important Dates

Stetson Discount Deadline: Friday, September 4; Payment authorization must accompany order to receive discount pricing, all orders submitted after this date will be charged at the standard rate.
Initial Graphic Submission Deadline: Friday, August 28; Graphics are due for review and editing.
Final Graphic Submission Deadline: Friday, September 4; Print Ready graphics due for any signage orders.
Warehouse Receiving: Monday, August 31 to Friday, September 25; M-F: 9:00am to 4:00pm
Any materials received outside of these dates will incur a 25% surcharge.
Last Day to Arrive to Warehouse Before Transfer: Friday, October 2; If freight arrives after this date, a surcharge will be applied based on weight, dimension & piece count to transfer late to the show.
Show Site Receiving: Sunday, October 4; 8:30am to 5:00pm // All shipments must arrive during these times to avoid surcharges or possible shipment refusal.
Carrier Check-in Deadline: Tuesday, October 6; 4:00pm
To ensure all items are off the show floor by the end of exhibitor move-out, please have carriers check in by this time. All shipments left on the floor will be forced onto Stetson's onsite carrier at the exhibitors expense

Booth Furnishings

Each 10' x 10' booth area will be provided with the following:

1 - 6' long x 30" high skirted table (blue)
2 - folding chairs
1 - wastebasket
1 - Booth ID Sign

The exhibit area is carpeted in standard hotel print carpet. To enhance the appearance and comfort of your booth, rental carpet and furnishings are available through Stetson Convention Services. Shop in our Carpet section for great selections.

Facility Restrictions: Please note when shipping freight.
• Elevator Dimensions: 9’5”W x 8’11 ½”H
• Door Opening into the Ballroom: 84”H x 48”W
**No 53’ Trailers for Direct to Show Shipping: The dock will accommodate trucks up to 48 feet provided full turning area is clear in the dock area and no cars are parked on the street opposite ramp.
