Stetson Discount Deadline: Friday, August 1; Payment authorization must accompany order to receive discount pricing, all orders submitted after this date will be charged at the standard rate.
Stetson Ordering Deadline: Friday, August 29; Any orders after this date are not guaranteed. This does not include custom graphics.
Stetson Carpet/Vinyl Ordering Deadline: Friday, August 15; Any orders after this date are not guaranteed. This does not include custom graphics.
Initial Graphic Submission Deadline-10x10/10x20: Thursday, July 3; 10x10/10x20 - Graphics are due for review and editing.
Final Graphic Submission Deadline-10x10/10x20: Thursday, July 10; 10x10/10x20 - Print Ready graphics due for any signage orders.
Initial Graphic Submission Deadline-20x20 & Above: Monday, June 16; 20x20 & Above - Graphics are due for review and editing.

Warehouse Receiving: Thursday, August 14-Thursday, August 28; M-F: 9:00am to 4:00pm
*No Shipments will be accepted after 4:00pm on Thursday, August 28. Please plan accordingly.; *NOTE: All warehousing logistics and commercial invoice submissions and inquires must be coordinated directly with LION Exhibition Freight.

The exhibit area is carpeted with standard hotel print carpet. To enhance the appearance and comfort of your booth, rental carpet and furnishings are available through Stetson Convention Services. Shop in our Carpet section for great selections. Please note the carpet deadline is Friday, August 15.
