Stetson Discount Deadline

Payment authorization must accompany order to receive discount pricing, all orders submitted after this date will be charged at the standard rate.
Initial Graphic Submission Deadline
Friday, April 11
Graphics are due for review and editing.
Final Graphic Submission Deadline
Friday, April 18
Print Ready graphics due for any signage orders.
Warehouse Receiving
Monday, April 14 -- Friday, May 2
M-F: 9:00am to 4:00pm EST
Any materials received outside of these dates will incur a 25% surcharge.
Last Day to Arrive to Warehouse Before Transfer
Friday, May 9
If freight arrives after this date, a surcharge will be applied based on weight, dimension & piece count to transfer late to the show.

Tuesday, May 13 from 1:00pm-5:00pm EST
Only island booth shipments may arrive during this time. Other exhibitors will have a surcharge.

Each 20' x 20' booth area will be provided with the following:

The exhibit area is not carpeted. To enhance the appearance and comfort of your booth, rental carpet and furnishings are available through Stetson Convention Services. Shop in our Carpet section for great selections.

COMMUNITY AND STARTUP ROW will be provided (1) 500 Watt Electrical Drop. These exhibitors may order additional Electrical drops here.
**ALL OTHER EXHIBITORS MUST ORDER ELECTRIC IF NEEDED HERE. THIS IS NOT A PROVIDED SERVICE. You must also submit an Electrical layout to: exhibitorservices@pittsburghcc.com
