Important Dates

Stetson Discount Deadline: Friday, January 31; Payment authorization must accompany order to receive discount pricing, all orders submitted after this date will be charged at the standard rate.
Final Graphic Submission Deadline: Friday, January 31; The Intial Graphics Deadline (review and editing) is Friday, January 24. Print ready graphics are due Friday, January 31.
Warehouse Receiving: Monday, January 20- Friday, Febuary 14; M-F: 9:00am to 4:00pm
Any materials received outside of these dates will incur a 25% surcharge.
Last Day to Arrive to Warehouse Before Transfer: Friday, Febuary 21; If freight arrives after this date, a surcharge will be applied based on weight, dimension & piece count to transfer late to the show.
Show Site Receiving: Wednesday, Febuary 26; All shipments must arrive between 9:00am to 5:00pm to avoid surcharges or possible shipment refusal.
Carrier Check-in Deadline: Saturday, March 1; 3:00pm
To ensure all items are off the show floor by the end of exhibitor move-out, please have carriers check in by this time. All shipments left on the floor will be forced onto Stetson's onsite carrier at the exhibitors expense

Booth Furnishings

Each 10' x 10' booth area will be provided with the following:

1 - 6'x30" skirted table
2 - folding chairs
10x10 Carpet (Blue)
1 - wastebasket
1 - Booth ID Sign

The exhibit area is not carpeted, however, the aisles will be carpeted in Blue Tuxedo. To enhance the appearance and comfort of your booth, rental carpet and furnishings are available through Stetson Convention Services. Shop in our Carpet section for great selections.

** 10X10 booths will include Blue carpeting. If you would like to change the color, you must order 10x10 carpet a la carte. There are no substitutions.
